FCQ Philanthropy

As a part of our guild’s dedication to helping others, each of us commits to making a quilt or blanket any time during the year (perhaps during your birthday month) to donate to charity. We also make pillowcases for children, Christmas stockings, NICU hearts, preemie caps, port pillows, and dog and cat beds for animal shelters.

Making Items

  • Any patterns can be used to make quilts for donation. Sizes can vary from bed-sized to child “blankie” and crib quilts.

  • Click the FCQ Philanthropy Patterns button to download patterns for the other items you can make to donate.

  • In addition, we collect pop-tops from cans to donate to Ronald McDonald House.

Turning In Items

Bring any items for donation to our regular meetings. Drop them off at the Philanthropy table, and be sure to sign in to record your donation.

If you have questions on FCQ Philanthropy efforts, send an email to FCQcharity@gmail.com.
