Did you register a quilt in the quilt show?
The August 27th Guild Meeting is important.
The ‘pillowcase tags’ (that you will attach to your quilt(s)) will be distributed. They identify quilts and locations in the show.
Sample ‘pillowcase tag’:
Name: Boop, BettyQuilt Name: My Gorgeous QuiltQuilt#: 119Location: LARGE GYMIF you can not make it to this meeting, please arrange for a friend to pick them up.

For each quilt that you have registered in the show, you will need to place the quilt in its own pillowcase that you supply, (e.g. 3 quilts? 3 pillowcases!)
You will need to pin the appropriate Pillowcase tag to the pillowcase containing that quilt.
You will need to place all of your pillowcase(s) in a laundry basket that you supply, labeled with your name. (Use more than one basket if needed).
You will bring your tagged pillowcase(s) in your labeled laundry basket(s) to the Show on Friday night September 26. Time TBD
